Raita’s are so versatile,they go well with many dishes and are easy to made. Mint raita is so full of fresh flavours. As a child i used to have raita everyday in summers. Mint Raita Serves 2 Ingredients 2 cups thick Yogurt ½ tsp roasted cumin seeds ½ tsp chaat masala ½ tsp black salt (kala namak) 1 tbsp finely chopped mint red chilli powder acc to taste coriander for garnishing Method Whisk yogurt until smooth. Add all the ingredients to the whisked yogurt and stir well. Garnish with roasted cumin seeds, coriander and red chilli powder. Serve chilled. You can have it with any paratha, rice or pulao. Note- You can add salt also if you don’t have black salt.
