Coriander chutney is a nice accompaniment with pakoras, samosas, sandwich, aloo tikki, onion bhaji and many more dishes. This is a no onion-garlic chutney, so you can eat it in fast as well. Coriander chutney stays well for a week and is easy to make.
1 cup chopped coriander
1-2 green chilli
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1-2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 inch ginger
salt to taste
With some little water grind all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Check salt and lemon juice,add more if required.
Store in an air tight container in a fridge.
