Coconut ladoo is an Indian sweet which is often prepared during festivals like ganesh chaturthi, navratri. This recipe is very easy to make and you can even serve it your guests. I love coconut in any form whether it is coconut water, milk, rice, sweets etc. I tried making making them round but they were too soft to make a perfect round.
1 tin condense milk ( i used light condensed milk)
2 cups freshly grated coconut
Keep aside 10-20 grams of coconut aside.
Take a pan, add condense milk and coconut. Cook it on a slow flame, till the mixture leaves the side of the pan.
Cool and roll into small ladoo’s.
Roll in coconut and serve.
Note:- If you want to keep them for a longer time, you should refrigerate them. They would be good for 4-5 days.
