Paneer tikka kathi roll is a veggie delight for all wrap lovers. This dish is full of aromatic spices and vegetables. Paneer is a cheese made by curdling of milk. It’s very soft in texture and tastes yum. This wrap can be eaten in breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients

4 wraps or chapati

some onion rings

some mint-coriander chutney

chaat masala (optional)

For filling

1 cup paneer/ cottage cheese cubes

1/2 cup onions cubes

1/2 cup capsicum cubes

1 tomato, cut into cubes

To be mixed in marinade

1/2 cup yogurt

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

1/4 tsp turmeric

1 tsp gram flour/besan

1/2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves/ kasuri methi

3/4 tsp garam masala

salt to taste

Method

Mix all ingredients under marination in a bowl.

Combine  paneer, onion, tomato and capsicum cubes into the marinade and toss gently. Keep aside to marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan, grease it with oil and cook the veggies for 2 minutes. Keep aside.

Warm up the wrap or chapati.

Place the chapati on a dry surface. Spread some chutney on the wrap and put 1/4th portion of the marinated paneer on each chapati or wrap.

Arrange some onions over it, sprinkle chaat masala.

Roll tightly and serve.
