Mix dal cheela is a healthy way of eating lentils in a snack form. This dish is usually eaten in breakfast and it’s also called adai in many parts of India. There can be many variations of this recipe. By adding green chilli, coriander and onion we can make it more flavorsome. You can have this with mint or coriander chutney or even with ketchup. Heat a pan. Rub some oil on it and pour spoonful of mixture into the pan and spread it in a circular motion. So the shape becomes round.

Cook till one side is cooked and is golden brown, repeat with other side. The heat should be on medium.

To check if the one side is done it should turn over easily if it still sticks to the pan that means its not done.

Make rest of the pancakes following the same steps and serve hot with chutney.
